The Malaysia e-Visa allows you to stay in the country for not more than 30 days on each trip which has a validity of 3 months. It is a single entry visa which means you can only apply once.
The Malaysia Tourist Visa is a single-entry visa valid for 3 months (90 days).
This visa is only for sightseeing, vacation, medical, and other tourism purposes.
Proof of air ticket is required to get the Malaysian tourist Visa. The dates in this document must match the travel dates selected in the application. This is a requirement that is demanded by the government to issue the travel document.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
E-Visa is applicable for foreigners (non-Malaysian) who require a Visa to enter Malaysia.
Applicants must submit an e-VISA application from the country of residence.
The online application is available at http://malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my/.
Detailed information, instructions, terms, and conditions of the e-VISA application are also available on the website.
All applications and payments are to be submitted online.
All required information must be provided, and please ensure all uploaded documents fulfill the required specifications to avoid rejection.
All Visa applications will be considered on the merits, and the High Commission of Malaysia has the right to seek additional information or request an interview at any stage of processing.
The High Commission of Malaysia reserves the right to refuse a Visa application without providing any reason.
The fact that an application for a Visa is received through the High Commission of Malaysia will not guarantee that the Visa will be issued.
A copy of the approved e-VISA must be printed on A4-size paper. The printed e-VISA must be presented at Malaysia entry checkpoints upon arrival.
Visa applications for Foreign Workers must be submitted to the relevant Visa Application Agencies.

Duly completed visa application form;

Recent 6 months bank statement with a letter of solvency;

Visitors from Bangladesh who wish to go to Malaysia for medical treatment may apply for a Visa Without Reference (social visit) and apply to the authorized official partners of the Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) (visit https://www.mhtc.org.my/) by providing an appointment letter from the medical services provider in Malaysia that are registered with the MHTC (apart from regular documents required for Visa application).
