1. Passport: You need to submit your original passport, which should have been issued within the past 10 years. The passport must have a validity of at least six months beyond your intended date of departure. It should have at least two blank pages that are adjacent to each other. Handwritten and altered passports will not be accepted. Please provide a clear photocopy of the front page to the last page of your current passport. If you have used any pages prior to the last page, include clear copies of those pages as well. If you have an old passport, please include that too.
2. Visa Application for Singapore: Download the visa application form from the Singapore Embassy website. Complete the form using block letters and make sure to sign it. You can find the application link on the website.
3. Photograph: Provide two recent passport-size photos (3.5mm X 4.5mm). The photos should be taken recently with a frontal view of the applicant against a white background. Avoid wearing glasses in the photos, but prescription eyewear is allowed.
4. Cover Letter: Write a personal letter addressing the Visa Officer at the Singapore Embassy in Dhaka. The letter should include your personal details, the purpose of your visit, and information about who will be responsible for covering the full costs of your trip. 11. Company Bank Statements: If the company is sponsoring your trip, provide bank statements of the sponsoring company or party for the last six months. The statements should clearly state the bank's name and telephone number and be stamped and signed by an authorized bank representative.
12. Company Income Tax Return (ITR) Certificate: If the company is sponsoring your trip, submit the company's income tax return certificate for the last three years. Make sure the certificate is legalized by the appropriate legal authorities.
13. SG Arrival Card (SGAC): All travelers must fill in the SGAC declaration up to 3 days before arrival.
14. Airline Ticket Itinerary: Include a reserved itinerary for your airline ticket that corresponds to your trip's schedule, including departure and return dates.
15. Hotel Reservation: Provide a reserved accommodation for your trip, specifying the hotel or resort according to your trip's schedule.
